Description

What is Differin Gel?

Differin Gel contains adapalene, a retinoid that promotes skin cell turnover to prevent the formation of acne. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, reducing redness and swelling associated with acne. Designed for oily skin, Differin Gel is suitable for use on the face and other affected areas, such as the back and shoulders. Consistent use helps to clear existing acne and prevent new breakouts.

How Does Differin Gel Work?

The skin naturally produces sebum to moisturise itself. When generated in excess, it mixes with keratin skin cells and forms a blockage to the sebaceous glands. This causes redness, whiteheads and spots on the face. Differin has an active ingredient Adapalene. It works by reducing keratin surface skin cells and sebum production. It lessens inflammation, helping improve the appearance of the skin. Adapalene also increases the turnover of surface skin cells for natural exfoliation. This results in clearing acne and leaving the skin looking clear and oil-free.
