Description

Eurax HC Cream combines the anti-inflammatory properties of hydrocortisone with the antipruritic action of crotamiton to effectively treat mild to moderate eczema, irritant and allergic contact dermatitis, and reactions to insect bites. The non-greasy, non-staining formula absorbs quickly, providing up to 10 hours of relief from itching and inflammation.

Warnings

Do not use if you:

  • Are allergic to hydrocortisone, crotamiton, or any other ingredients in the cream.
  • Have untreated skin infections.
  • Are using other corticosteroid products.

Consult a healthcare provider if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Have psoriasis.
  • Experience worsening symptoms or no improvement after 7 days.

For external use only:

  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Do not apply to broken or infected skin.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Directions

How to use:

  • Wash and dry hands before use.
  • Apply a thin layer to the affected area up to twice daily.
  • Gently rub in until fully absorbed.
  • Wash hands after application unless treating them.

Frequency:

  • Use up to twice daily for a maximum of 1 week.

Aftercare:

  • If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, consult a doctor.
  • Store below 25°C.
  • Do not freeze.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Hydrocortisone 1% and crotamiton 10%.

Inactive Ingredients: Include glycerol monostearate, cetostearyl alcohol, and others (refer to product leaflet for a full list).

Possible Side Effects:

  • Skin irritation or redness.
  • Allergic reactions such as rash or itching.
