Description

What is Fucidin H Cream?

Fucidin H Cream is a combination medication used to treat inflammatory skin conditions that are also infected with bacteria. It contains fusidic acid, an antibiotic that targets bacterial infections, and hydrocortisone, a mild corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching.

How Does Fucidin H Cream Work?

Fucidin contains two active components, one of which has a distinct function. The first is fusidic acid, an antibiotic that kills germs and prevents them from reproducing. This limits their ability to spread, thus reducing their numbers to levels that can be effectively attacked and killed by the immune system. The second is hydrocortisone, a corticosteroid that promotes skin healing by reducing blood vessel dilation. In a nutshell, it inhibits inflammatory chemical reactions that cause swelling and allows the afflicted area to heal. Fucidin H works swiftly to clear up the diseased skin and alleviate your discomfort, allowing you to get back to full health as soon as possible by attacking the illness on two fronts.
