Solpadeine Max Tablets combine paracetamol (500 mg) and codeine phosphate hemihydrate (12.8 mg) to effectively alleviate acute moderate pain unresponsive to standard painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen alone. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years, they relieve conditions such as migraines, headaches, dental pain, period pain, backache, arthritic and rheumatic pain, strains, sprains, and sciatica.

Warnings

Do not use if you:

  • Swallow tablets with water

  • Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours (adults) or every 6 hours (children)
  • Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours (adults and children over 16) or 4 tablets in 24 hours (children 12-15)
  • Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days without medical advice

Aftercare:
